NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

KARIM SEDDIKI IS A PLAGIARIST

Can someone please tell me who Karim Seddiki is and why he is stealing my quotes? He has his name attached to my words all over the internet. This entity is untraceable, so it is clear to me that it is a bogus name used by companies to exploit my words for profit. I have learned that quote sites that sell printed merchandise do this to avoid infringement penalties. As of yet, there is no published source for Karim Seddiki found anywhere in the world.

All of my writings are registered under U.S copyright law and protected worldwide. Nothing insults a writer more than being exploited, renamed, or uncredited. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I have let it slide before in the past, but now I am going to make sure this will never happen AGAIN -- once and for all. If an honorable company or web site sharing quotes did a Google search before things went viral, those words would have lead to a 2008 entry in my blog. The quote can also be found in my book, "Rise Up and Salute the Sun", which was published in 2010.

So far, my team has found no record or source for a Karim Seddiki, and they have contacted every Karim Seddiki in Egypt, France, Algeria, Tunisia, and Pakistan to wheel him in for a copyright infringement lawsuit.

My lawyer has already had many sites and vendors pulled from the internet. All other entities also in violation of infringement are being asked to make the correction or remove the quote in its entirety. This is my informal CEASE AND DESIST request. Please correct the attribution or take it down. Just because I choose not to profit from my words, does not grant anyone the license to utilize my intellectual property for financial gain by devious force. I have never denied or prosecuted anyone who uses my content so long as they credit my name.

Any image or web site with the wrong attribution will be reported for infringement and immediate removal. Changes will not happen overnight, but they will happen gradually. Pages and images are coming down as I write this.

Changing a word in a sentence, while still retaining the same meaning, is still copyright infringement. Fear is doubt as insecurity is fear. Kills is the same as destroys. Also, adding or subtracting a word in a sentence while maintaining the same meaning is still infringement. Please research this and consult a lawyer.
