There have been many cover-ups, deliberate delays, failures to enforce the law, and plenty of conflicts of interest for justice to work. The police who allowed the robbery to occur last June -- lied before a judge about the entire incident, and even submitted photos that were never taken the evening my intellectual property disappeared. And that was it, nobody else -- neither I, my father, my mother or a single neighbor was able to testify before the case was closed. And so far, Pima county detectives and deputies have lied to federal investigators inquiring about the case.
Dear President, so much precious time has been robbed from my daughter and I. I have stage 4 cancer and was denied relocation in December for treatment at Mayo, and to find security for my family. Now, my cancer is active again and I had a bucket list of things to do with my daughter. However, for the last 7 months, I have not been able to seek treatment outside my state borders, partake in clinical trials, seek protection or residence in another county, or even take a month off from the court process just to find a moment of stability to heal with my child. The man who robbed me had also been out to take my life and there is ample evidence to prove it. So why is the law assisting him? Please take care of the corruption and lawlessness in Tucson.
Again, my online communications, including my online business, all file storages, Ebay account, all 7 Facebooks accounts, PayPal, author website, and the rest of my livelihood — have all been robbed since June 2019. I can show you all the damages. There have also been many manipulated emails I never wrote, lines I never added, and fake letters written from email accounts I never used, opened, or have control over. So if this man has a federal file for forgeries, why is he still in possession of my communications, intellectual property, and identity? And when he also has a woman posing as me to access and change very sensitive information in government and medical files, where is the law?
