I get very sad when I enter the homes of friends who have affirmations taped to their walls. I immediately feel an inner rage at society for making them feel lesser than their true beautiful selves. You do not need to remind yourselves how golden you truly are, how beautiful you are, how valuable you are -- for this can already be witnessed in any mirror and through your heart. It is normal to need validation of your true greatness, but you all are born as reflections of the Creator. To doubt yourself is to doubt the Highest and Most Holiest Spirit. Just look at all his amazing creations that surround us, and study the majestic strokes of his divine art that cover our landscapes. YOU are a flower in his beautiful garden. Do not allow irrelevant strands of weed to tear you down or convince you otherwise. They were thrown in the dirt beneath his feet for being ugly and that is why they envy yours. You are all beautiful. You are all bulbs of light with incredible supernatural powers many of you have yet to discover. Whenever you should doubt yourself, remember a lotus flower. Even though it plunges to life from beneath the mud, it does not allow the dirt that surrounds it to affect its great beauty. Be that lotus flower always. Do not allow anybody to pluck your petals to destroy your beauty and confidence -- or make you question your self-worth. It is very normal for one ugly weed to not want to stand alone. Remember this always. If you were just as ugly, then they would never feel so bitter and envious whenever they are forced to glance up at or remember...magnificently divine YOU. -- Suzy Kassem
