Every man has 3 holy components to his being that make him whole: mind, body, and spirit.
Often times we pay too much attention to the body and neglect the mind -- or pay too much attention to the mind and neglect the body. Yet, the most neglected part of our being is our SPIRIT. People assume tending to our spirit means fasting, prayer or meditation, but I'm talking about the currents that flow outside and around our bodies versus what's inside them.
If you take a photo with a camera that reads auras, you will see an electric line that goes all around your body. The color of this electric outline differs from person to person. People with intense energies can have cobalt blue, violet, white, yellow or orange auras. People with murky or insensitive personalities could have gray, brown, green or red auras. However, colors aside, how these currents flow around us, determine our current moods and attitudes.
That invisible electrical shield around your body is SENSITIVE. Plants and animals have them too. However, because we can't see these currents of energy around us, we ignore protecting and nurturing them. For example, alarm clocks are designed to interrupt your sleep by abruptly sending out annoying sound waves to pierce through your energy shield to "shock" you.
It's like throwing a rock into a serene lake where a swan is resting. Both the swan and the lake experience a state of shock, then a bunch of repetitive ripples ring in the water and keep expanding until they disappear. You impose these sort of disruptive counter-vibrations to your own currents everyday without being conscious of it. Alarm clocks are cruel to the spirit. Find one that FADES in with harmony, rather than pierces through your shield to startle you awake.
How do you re-energize your electrical currents? Drugs only tweak your currents temporarily, and too much usage will distort your shields. The right music soothes and regenerates your natural spiritual magnetism. And water flowing on the outside and inside of your body, improves your circuitry and circulation.
Besides the flow of music and water to improve your circuitry, air is equally important. Do not neglect this upcoming tip.
Never use dryers to dry your clothes. ALWAYS hang dry your laundry whenever it is possible. I noticed this is very important to my own personal and spiritual well-being. How so?
In Egypt, clotheslines are as frequent as telephone lines. Almost every household (regardless of income) hangs their clothes out to dry -- even with dryers in their homes. Due to a permissible climate, clothing dries faster in the air than in the machine. Second, air-dried clothing naturally feels better on the body. Third, I flow 7X smoother with air blown jeans and t-shirts than in those that were thrown in a machine. If I have to throw clothes into a dryer because it's raining outside, my rivers of energy stop flowing right. Something with the static in the fabric throws off my energies - and/or blocks them.
When I returned to the States, I couldn't write anymore. I was back to throwing my clothes into dryers again because hanging clothing outside wasn't an option. I started to feel congested and out of place. As soon as I returned to my lifestyle in Egypt, I started writing again and my flow returned into an inexhaustible waterfall. It also has to do with the fact that my spirit is finally in perfect harmony with my geographic coordinates. I suggest you seek out the geographic location where your soul finds perfect alignment with the planets and "vibe" as well. It makes a HUGE difference. My mind, body and spirit fit together better.
Be aware of your own frequencies and how they could affect other currents around you. Plants are as sensitive to noise, air, water, and music as you are, so be courteous to all lifeforms. Do not yell or scream at other people. They will not stand still like a serene pond in front of you if you disturb their currents. They will either yell back or walk away. Nobody likes their serenity disturbed. Take special care of your own shield. A weak one will allow a lot of negative energies to pass through. The spirit is one of the most neglected parts of man by doctors and scientists around the world. Yet, it is as vital as the heart and mind. It's time for science to examine the many facets of the soul.
Nurture your river of life, and you will discover happiness revealed under all those unexplainable currents of strife. You are a valuable instrument in the orchestration of your own world, and the overall harmony of the universe. Always be in command of your music. Only you can control and shape its tone. If life throws you a few bad notes or vibrations, don't let them interrupt or alter your song.
May the flow stay with you. The force is already in you.
