As I contemplate
What’s on the horizon
I look back to see
What kind of person
I used to be
Old folks in the park
Children of the dark
Everywhere I look
The universe is silent
And why would you not
Think about the things
That the world forgot
And in 200 years
Who will be sitting
In the park with me
