Life has pounded me down
and thrashed me around,

I truly believe that love is something that grows stronger with age, not the other way around. I believe it is a force that should strengthen you, not weaken you. Push you forward, not hold you back. Hold you up, not push you down.
Love is a flower that should never cease to grow. Nurture it, and it will outlive you. Neglect it, and it will wilt away and die.
