How to Cure Almost Everything


Most diseases of the body can be cured NATURALLY -- as all cures for all diseases are naturally found in nature. This is a gift from the Creator and is part of his divine design. However, the healthcare industry is BIG BUSINESS, and it is not in their best interest to SERVE you, only to milk you. They care more about making money than caring for your health. For this reason, many friends and loved ones have died at the hands of money-sucking hospitals. Personalization is a thing of the past. Today you are merely a statistic with a pocketbook.

How many of your friends have been misdiagnosed, mistreated, or neglected at the hands of reckless, forgetful doctors? How many times have you had to verbally repeat your symptoms just to refresh the memories of your doctors-- about the status of your last visits for him to properly treat your current ailment or complaint? How many times has a doctor brushed you off and told you there was nothing to worry about...only to find out later that you are now in the late stages of a severe disease? And how many times were you told you had something that you didn't, or that you have something that is really something else? This is today's healthcare.

You shouldn't have to wait one or two months for a follow-up to get an update on existing condition. However, insurance companies limit your doctor visits, and doctors won't give you proper attention due to the restriction of payments by insurance companies. If insurance companies control your doctors, then clearly there is a strong lack of ethics, compassion, and morality in today's medicine. Again, you are just a statistic -- not a valuable HUMAN.

To survive today, you have to be your own doctor. I have cured myself of almost everything without having to use a prescription drug prescribed by a lazy doctor. Doctors are given free vacations for prescribing an X amount of drugs to patients. Their objective is not to try and find the best drug that is right for you, they care more about getting that free VIP package to the Hawaii or Vegas -- fully paid by a drug company. This is the sad truth. And also, what one pill does to fix something, has a negative effect on another part of your body. For example, simple aspirin will thin your blood if you have heart disease -- but will create ulcers in your body. You cannot win the pharmaceutical way. This is why you need to go the natural way. For something like this, use ginger instead. Ginger will thin your blood to facilitate circulation AND prevent ulcers.

If you are a parent, never allow your children to be put on anti-depressants prescribed by a doctor. These drugs are the evils of all medicines. Though you have the best intentions at heart to cure your child of their chronic sadness, your doctors do not. All that these drugs do is dim their "lights". So for instance, a girl with a broken heart may be prescribed Zoloft -- which will only drive her further deep into the depths of sadness ... and provoke them to commit suicide. This girl was my sister. Instead of prescription meds, try music or light therapy combined with a steady intake of natural St. Johns Wort, walnuts, Vitamin C, and low-vanadium foods. Also find a creative outlet for them to release their uncontainable energies. This is what saved me. Sadness is natural for everybody. Some children are more sensitive than others, think way more than others, and feel way more than others. These characteristics prove your child is more HUMAN than the rest. Why desensitize them and further confuse them? This will only break them down and eliminate them faster.

There are two diseases that generate the biggest bucks for the healthcare industry. Number one, is CANCER. Chemotherapy actually kills you faster than using natural cures. It is the equivalent of exposing your loved one to constant radiation -- versus the natural vitamin D emitted from the sun. The sun is FREE, but chemo treatments cost big bucks. Again, the healthcare industry is not designed to serve you, only their money-hungry needs.

The second disease is sadness. And as I mentioned above, finding your identity, feeling sad, and transitioning into adulthood are natural emotions and phases of life. Do not let these people take pharmaceutical meds or drink alcohol, instead expose them to the arts - music, painting, acting, something CREATIVE. Trust me, they will blossom and make their creativity their drug of choice.

The following are natural cures to almost every disease. Optimism and strong faith are the first two primary ingredients needed to guarantee the success of your current condition. Before I begin, I ask you to have faith in me. Keep in mind, that I am not a doctor, only a concerned world citizen with the best of intentions.


Daily dose of Vitamin C (1,000 mg), Licorice, and Silybum Marianum (milk thistle). Eat a lot of greens, citrus fruits, honey, and potassium-rich foods.


To prevent varicose veins, or stop them from forming, you need to focus on the circulation of blood flowing throughout your body. Stay active, avoid sitting or standing for long periods or time. Stagnation destroys the body. Take a lot of Vitamin C, eats lot of berries and food with LOTS of fiber, and frequently take psyllium. Lessen your intake of SUGAR. Sugar only prevents blood from flowing properly in your body and forms clumps instead. If you have varicose veins already, try horse chesnut cream and slather it on problematic areas. Also taking horse chesnut seeds will show vast improvement. Laser treatments only temporarily push the veins deep into the body without resolving the problem. They WILL surface again with time.

Garlic, onion, blueberries, and Vitamin C will lower your unhealthy cholesterol levels tremendously. Adding myrrh to your regimen will yield great results, but first you have to lower your fat intake. Eating lots of citrus fruit will give you the vitamin C you need to dissolve unwanted fats., and adding one teaspoon of Psyllium into a glass of water once a day will get you on the right path towards success. Stay off the red meat and eat fish instead. And instead of using vegetable oil in your cooking, use one tablespoon of flaxseed oil in its place. Get moving and stay active to keep your circulation flowing properly. Eats greens and abandon all fried and processed foods.

If you have anxiety issues, decrease your intake of caffeine, sugar, and alcohol. Take Vitamin B tablets or foods rich with it. Make flaxseed oil a great part of your diet. For peaceful sleep, rub some pure lavender oil on your wrists or the tip of your nose.

Stay away from drinks and foods with lots of sugars, fats, and sodium. Exercise may sound like a prison sentence to some people, but it is the BEST way to get your circulation in order and regain a fit body. The key to losing weight is not a quick fix pill or drink, it is getting your blood flowing right in all parts of your body. This way, you lose fat equally throughout your body, not just in certain areas. In addition, losing weight the right way leaves you with healthier results. Your face glows, your eyes emit more light, and your skin looks GREAT. Bladderwrack is a seaweed that tones and firms the skin. Gotu Kola and horse chesnut intake also help reverse the body to its firm state with the help of healthy blood circulation. Think about it, what is the point of taking ANYTHING that says it will help you lose weight, if your circulation is poor and doesn't allow what you are taking to spread effectively throughout your body? Get moving on the exercise , for 15 to 20 minutes a day, and take Gotu Kola, horse chesnut, and bladderwrack. You will LOVE the results...and the real YOU.

First, lower you stress and try not to stress out over silly things. Gets tons of sunlight (Vitamin D) and take silymarin, fumaric acid, and sarsaparilla supplements. Replace red meat with fish because Omega-3 fatty acids have helped reduce psoriasis. Make a homemade mixture of licorice, wild oregano oil, chamonile extract, and capsaicin from cayenne pepper and put it on problem areas. If this remedy does not work for you, try mixing a little water with baking soda into a paste and apply directly where needed.


Stay off the sleeping pills, alcohol, caffeine, and cigarettes. Take natural supplements consisting of passionflower and valerian. Take the two in a caffeine-free tea an hour before bedtime.


First, lower you intake of SALT and increase your consumption of food loaded with potassium, magnesium (vitamin K) and natural fibers. Drink natural cranberry juice.


Before you can start treating cancer, you have to first eliminate toxins from your body and bad foods from your diet. This means getting rid of dairy, sugar, coffee, bad fats, processed foods, white flour, meat, soda and alcoholic beverages from your usual routine. Instead, prepare yourself for a balanced, plant-based diet that is more alkaline than acidic. This means arming yourself with foods heavy in B-17 and vitamin C.

But before jumping on the hot track to eating right, you must first prepare your body for the healing process. To do so, you have to focus on doing these 5 things:

1) Rebuild your immune system. If you can can build up your immune system to be super strong, it will beat out cancer.
2) Detox the intestinal tract and liver. Why? To increase bile flow and correct intestinal PH.
3) Balance overall chemistry of the body. Make sure alkalinity and acidity are in synch.
4) Parasitic cleanse. Make your body less hospitable to parasites. 
5) Eliminate toxic metals and chemicals from your body.


1) 35% Hydrogen Peroxide (food grade)
3) Baking Soda
4) Organic Apple Cider
5) Raw Tumeric and freshly crushed black pepper. Consuming high-grade black pepper with turmeric increases its power by at least 1000X.
6) Organic Green Tea

Things you should go out and buy immediately for your kitchen are: raw turmeric, raw ginger, wild oregano oil, thyme oil, lemons, and tons of carrots. These can be added to almost everything you eat and drink because they are super potent cancer fighters. For snacks, get apricot kernels (soak a ration in water a day before digesting), raw broccoli, an assortment of berries, carrots, red grapes with seeds (swallow seeds), apples (swallow seeds), raw almonds, papaya (swallow seeds), grapefruit, pomegranate, cottage cheese, and kefir. For spices, cayenne, garlic, cinnamon, turmeric, thyme, oregano. For oils, flaxseed and coconut oil. For fermented foods, pickled daikon and kimchi daily.

DAILY RITUAL: Fill a glass of mineral water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon of baking soda every day immediately when you wake up. Always do this on an empty stomach, and space each session at least two hours before or after a meal.  Do this three times a day. Another drink to get your body used to is an oxygen drink. Add 2-3 drops of Hydrogen peroxide (35% food grade) to a bottle of mineral water. Pace this drink three hours before or after each apple cider drink.

 The purpose of these two beverages is to detox and add oxygen to your system.

For Breakfast: 

Take a lot of Vitamin C for breakfast (oranges, tangerines) and make low-fat cottage cheese mixed with flax seeds and flaxseed oil an important part of your daily routine. Remove all other dairy. When you get tired of the cottage cheese regimeen, you can sustutite it with steel-cut oats with cinnamon, black honey and berries.

For Lunch:

Make a  raw juice packed with essential vitamins and antioxidants the main star of your daily lunch.One of the best elixirs that I can recommend is: raw tumeric, cinnamon, raw ginger, wheatgrass, raw daikon, maitake mushroom, broccoli, papaya with seeds, coconut oil and crushed black pepper. Add fruits for a fruity taste. But all fruits and vegetables should be allowed to sit in a bucket of water with a 1/4 cup of white vinegar before juicing or eating.

You can mix honey and dandelion root in green tea after a healthy lunch filled with greens, turmeric, and garlic. Kelp is a great source of Iodine. Find creative ways to implement it.Use flaxseed oil or coconut oil (unprocessed, cold-pressed) in place of all other oils -- and even mix it into salads, cold drinks/smoothies and raw foods (raw veggies and fruits daily is a must). If you make smoothies and shakes, try to fit wheat barley grass, thyme oil and broccoli into your daily fluid intake.

Curing cancer is simply changing your diet and removing toxins from your body to kill bad bacteria. Eliminate red meat from your diet and put loads of turmeric in fish instead. Turmeric is your number one weapon in battling cancer. Besides putting it directly on your foods, try implementing it also as a capsule: Curcumin 40x. And believe it or not, the sun will help reverse the bad chemistry in your body. After taking your first beverage in the morning, be sure to take in at least 20 minutes of sunlight from 8-10am when the sun reaches its peak. Vitamin D is crucial to winning the battle. Take vitamin D supplements when you do not have access to steady sunlight.

In my view, cancer is a bacteria - a parasitic invasion. The same way we lay out rugs in the sun in Egypt to rid them of mites and bacteria, is the same way you need to lay out in the sun while exposing that part of the body that is infected to VITAMIN D. The sun cures cancer. Expose your body to it daily. Many will testify to the healing properties of the sun except Big Pharma -- which profits big time from the Big Cancer. Eating the right foods is critical to recovery. Sugar increases the spread of active bacteria, promotes fungus, and clumps up your circulation. Eliminate everything with sugar in it. Use black honey instead. If you want to mix conventional therapy with a healthy lifestyle, then follow many of these tips to keep your body strong to withstand the negative effects of chemo and radiation sessions. Eat lots of fish like wild salmon, low-fat cottage cheese, Vitamin C, drink tons of green tea with dandelion root and black honey, and load up on the turmeric and flaxseed oil. Flaxseed oil keeps estrogen levels low, and turmeric can destroy tumors. A couple of hours before bedtime, take 2-3 handfuls of apricot kernel seeds before you sleep with one of your evening beverage treatments - and a selenium tablet.

Stay optimistic and keep your faith strong. The battle with cancer is more psychological than physical. And believe it or not, many attribute their success stories to prayer. Faith is the flame that eliminates fear. Those without it, fail. It isn't the disease that kills them -- it's their mind. CANCER IS EASILY BEATABLE! Do not believe doctors who are conditioned in draining your pocketbooks by selling you fear. Their alternatives are artificial and more damaging to your health than going the natural way. Cures for everything can readily be found in nature. Smile, because by reading this, you've already found the way to restoring your health back into great shape. Treat it like a divine temple and a glorious temple it will become. 

Here is a successful diet that beat cancer:

* Wheat barley grass
*Vitamin C tablets (1000mg/25 a day) *There is no limit*
* Selenium tablets
* Curcumin x 40 (the principle ingredient found in turmeric)
* Apricot kernel seeds (pure B17). Work your way up to 20-30 a day.
*Take a spoonful of virgin coconut oil in the morning and evening. Eliminate vegetable oil from cooking and use the coconut oil or flaxseed in its place. Camel milk and aloe are also excellent for eliminating negative bacteria in the body, as is the baking soda in mineral water with apple cider vinegar.
* Raw fruit and vegetables daily 
* Get loads of pure oxygen. Bacteria can't thrive in a body loaded with it. Eliminate smoking asap. 
*Keep working on cleaning out your gut of harmful bacteria. If you can detox your gut and keep it healthy, the rest of your body will follow. Circulation is key. Don't sit around like dusty furniture. Exercise will open up all your internal vents to take in nutrients and keep your organs functioning at optimal levels.
* Keep a super positive state of mind. Faith is a weapon in itself.

The number one reason you need to stay away from alcohol is to protect your liver. I know a man who had a broken heart because he didn't get to marry the woman he wanted. He didn't die from a broken heart, but he drank so much to numb his pain that he unknowingly destroyed his liver. Once you get off the liquor, the first thing you need to do is to eliminate the alcohol from your system. To get you back into shape, you need to first load up on zinc, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin C, and magnesium, and glutamine back into your system. It is normal to feel depressed when you withdraw from alcohol. Get in the sun a lot to bring happiness back into your mind. Vitamin E will help regenerate the damage done to your body. So instead of getting a cocktail at the bar, take a supplement of Vitamin E, C, selenium, B1, magnesium, and glutamine. Mix it up with an exercise regimen to get your circulation flowing right again and you will be back in shape with some perseverance and dedication. I'm sure there are many that love you. Getting off alcohol is a positive way to show them that you love them back.

To prevent an infection, Take a raw onion bulb or wild oregano oil and apply it to a fresh wound immediately. Garlic also works to kill bacteria in a wound versus using an antibacterial ointment with unnecessary ingredients to preserve it. For skin infections, make a mixture of baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, garlic and onion -- and turn it into a paste. For skin cancer, take baking soda with coconut oil and turn them into a paste. Camel milk, aloe, wild oregano oil and coconut oil are also excellent for eczema. For warts, use a potato wrapped on the problem area. This is an old remedy from my grandmother, but it works well.


To reverse the degenerative effects of Alzheimer, you need a lot of GOOD fats and turmeric. Nuts, avocados, and fruits and vegetables loaded in vitamin E are essential. Vastly reduce red meat and eat fish instead. Take 5 teaspoons of coconut oil a day mixed with the best cinnamon from Vietnam.  IMPORTANT: Make turmeric/curcumin a vital element in your daily meals, or take a heavy dosage of curcumin tablets 3 times a day. You will see an improvement. Also sniff fresh mint and rosemary petals. Rosemary is great for memory loss. Coconut water, walnuts, coconuts, and coconut oil are great for reversing degeneration of the brain. And lastly, drink a glass of mineral water mixed with a teaspoon of baking soda first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and before you go to bed. Do this for two weeks, then two weeks off. Then repeat.

Eliminate sugar from your diet immediately. Fill a glass of mineral water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon of baking soda every day immediately when you wake up. Always do this on an empty stomach and space each session at least two hours before or after a meal.  Do this three times a day for two weeks, then take a break for two weeks. Take a daily tablet of pure mastic gum from Greece and eat natural, raw aloe and virgin coconut oil throughout the day. Whenever a prescription calls for Amoxicillin or a trio cocktail, take mastic gum instead with some fresh aloe and coconut oil. Eat raspberries whenever you crave something sweet. They will also help. Camel milk is expensive but works the same as breast milk. It destroys skin and internal bacterial infections. So does ginger and honey. I've been able to get rid of heliobacter with just mastic gum and a few drops of wild oregano oil in mineral water with a teaspoon of baking soda.

Eat a lot of shrimp with the shells and tails still attached. The shells will reduce any inflammatory swelling and decrease the pain. Keep eating them until the pain completely dissolves. If you have cholesterol issues, then eat only the shells.

Clean out the gut to eliminate autism. Camel milk, aloe, coconut oil, and heavy dosages of vitamin C are excellent for eliminating eczema in the gut and negative bacteria. What affects the gut affects the neurological system (mind and senses).

Lots of love, immense exposure to light, or the right music. Imagine a flower being aroused by sunlight, tender care or the right music. We are no different. My sister died from being prescribed prescription drugs to treat a heartache. Being sad is a natural emotion, for we are no different than the weather, the planets or the trees. The currents moving up, down and around us prove that humans are reflections of the universe. Mood swings are part of existing. If we did not suffer from ups and downs, we would not be alive. The best cure for sadness are the vibrations found in light or music therapy -- or love. Prescription medications can work for some, but not all pills work the same on all people. What helps one person, could destroy another. Our bodies may contain the same parts, but our chemistries differ due to genetics. Neurological changes can also be heavily attributed to bacteria in the gut. Detox your stomach and change your diet.The gut and mind are connected. If one is not clean and healthy, it affects the other.

Take the core of a pineapple and slather it over your face. If the skin around your eyelids is super sensitive, dilute some freshly squeezed pineapple nectar with water and test it on a small patch of skin before you apply it around your eyes.

Use coconut oil in your diet, smoothies, and baked goods. Eat a lot of raw coconut -- and mix coconut oil into your shampoos and conditioners. The more you consume coconut goods, the clearer and softer your skin will get. Never apply store-bought acids on your face if you breakout. Instead, use a lemon peel and rub it all over fresh breakouts and let time work its magic. Drink a LOT of water and cut out sugars and processed foods. Many people breakout just from a specific food their body cannot handle. Chocolates, gluten-rich foods, sweets, vegetable oil, and certain dairy products provoke breakouts. Eliminate each of these one at a time until you can pinpoint the specific problem.
